Our West End Lights 2026 map is open!

It’s just five weeks until we glow on Friday 4 December, 6 to 9 pm, so now is the perfect time to put your illumination or contribution on our map. Every year, visitors use the map to plan their route around the West End, so make sure they can find you!

How to get on the map

Simply fill in our short form. It only takes a couple of minutes:

The form is at lincoln-west-end-lights.com/mapform. Whether you are turning your front window into a cinema screen, putting on a shadow play or lighting up your garden, every illumination counts, big or small. We update the map regularly, so it may take a few days for your entry to appear.

What’s going on this year

• Illuminations in windows, walls and gardens right across the West End
• Charitable contributions: home-baked treats, warming drinks, handmade crafts or any inspired creation, offered for free or for a donation to a named charity. Charitable contributions get their own marker on the map, so please add yours too!
• Our sponsors The Sycamore and Anna’s Place will be open on the night for food and drink, to eat in or take away, with live music at The Sycamore
• Kids trail: our trail for children exploring the illuminations, with more details soon

Look out for this year’s postcards, designed by two young artists from our local schools, popping through West End letterboxes soon. Meet the winners and download the postcards to spread the word.
