We’re absolutely delighted to announce the results of our West End Lights 2025 poster competition, run in partnership with two wonderful local schools: St Faith & St Martin Junior School and St Faith’s Infant School.
We were overwhelmed by the creativity and enthusiasm shown by the students – receiving a magnificent 74 entries from both schools! Every single design brought something special, making the judging process incredibly difficult. The talent, imagination, and festive spirit on display truly captured what West End Lights is all about.
Our Winner
We’re thrilled to announce that the winning design was created by Hazelpreet Kaur from St Faith & St Martin Junior School. Hazelpreet’s design beautifully captured the magic and wonder of our illuminated community celebration. Congratulations, Hazelpreet – your artwork will help shine a light on West End Lights 2025!
Our Runners-Up
Choosing just one winner was nearly impossible, so we’re equally proud to celebrate four fantastic runners-up – two from each school. These designs showcased exceptional creativity and deserve special recognition for their imagination and artistic talent.
A huge thank you to all 74 students who entered, and to both schools for supporting this competition. Your designs have brought even more light and joy to our community event. We can’t wait to see all the wonderful illuminations on 5th December!
